Dope or Dog Food?

So as I was saying the big clear out is well under way right now. I am getting rid of all crap I have accumulated over the years in order to ship as little as possible over to Asia. Today I went to the Notting Hill Game Exchange and traded in loads of useless games. To my surprise I got £58 in vouchers which I quickly spunked next door in the Soul and Dance Record Exchange. Oh man. First I got this:

The rare as rocking horse shit picture 12” of Ain’t No Half Steppin’ from the one and only Kane. More sought after for the B side Get Into It, this is a piece of history and I had to have it despite it costing £30 (reduced from £60 after I peeled the stickers off as per the photo). The remaining vouchers went on:

Another classic and I was going for dolo at £15. This is what a 12” should be about; 4 mixes, an a cappella and an instrumental. Nice loud pressing for da clubs dun dunny. Two classics for the price of some old game carts – crate digging par excellence.
